 Beautiful environment, very courteous staff. I found drugs that no other pharmacy in Varese had. Really recommended.

Dopo aver comprato un rinazina spray nasale dal totale di 17.10€ ( 9.60 dell'articolo, che in genere costa dai 6.50€/7.50€ c'è da pagare anche 7.50€ di diritto di chiamata dopo le 20.30, cosa mai vista prima)
E c'è da dire che dopo aver chiesto semplicemente come mai questo totale, mi viene risposto in modo arrogante, che "qui non stanno pettinando le bambole!", persona davvero ingrata.
Da come ho capito le rapine avvengono anche senza passamontagna in quella farmacia, sconsiglio per il personale maleducato e dai prezzi esagerati.

Poor and arrogant staff.
After having bought a nasal spray from the total of € 17.10 (9.60 for the item, which generally costs from € 6.50 / € 7.50 there is also a fee to pay € 7.50 after 8.30pm, something never seen before)
And it must be said that after having simply asked why this total, I am told arrogantly, that "here they are not combing the dolls!", A very ungrateful person.
As I understand it, robberies also occur without a balaclava in that pharmacy, I do not recommend it for rude staff and exaggerated prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno sempre le medicine che prendo in stock (a differenza delle altre farmacie del centro città) solo due volte ho dovuto ordinarle ed il servizio è stato impeccabile, dopo 12h erano già disponibili. Il personale è competente e cortese, mi sono rivolta più volte a loro per piccoli problemi legati alla tessera sanitaria/esenzioni/ecc e hanno sempre la risposta corretta. Ma,soprattutto, COMPLIMENTI per i prodotti fatti da voi (creme/acidi) la mia pelle è rinata!Riassumendo: Consigliatissima!
They always have the medicines I take in stock (unlike the other pharmacies in the city center) only twice did I have to order them and the service was impeccable, after 12h they were already available. The staff is competent and courteous, I have contacted them several times for small problems related to the health card / exemptions / etc and they always have the correct answer. But, above all, CONGRATULATIONS for the products made by you (creams / acids) my skin is reborn! In summary: Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto: sono un collega ed ero di passaggio da Varese con la mia ragazza. Cio' non significa che era tenuta a servirmi come se fossi stato un medico.
Ci serviva una confezione di contracettivo per cui ci vuole una ricetta ripetibile valida 10 volte 6 mesi (che non possedevamo), la stessa ricetta che un medico dovrebbe scrivere per ua tachipirina 1000 mg e che un farmacista dovrebbe chiedere,( ma chi lo fa? giusto dottoressa?) giusto per intenderci. fa ridere vero? Ora avendo avanzato queste premesse, magari era una giornata no, ma non mi sarei mai comportato così e una collega così scortese come lei non l'ho mai conosciuta ( per fortuna).
mi ha chiesto : sei un collega e non sai che ci vuole la ricetta? In che farmacia ha mai lavorato? ( A FENOMENA! )
Ho lasciato correre perchè in quel momento sarebbe stato come sparare sulla croce rossa. Infatti rinsavisce dall'isteria e mi molla la scatoletta senza ricetta dicendomi: va bene per questa volta chiudo un occhio.
per me avrebbe potuto chiuderli entrambi e le dico anche che a quanto pare la farmacia in cui ho lavorato in passato non è poi cosi diversa dalla sua ( sempre se è sua) visto che per 13.50€ ci si abbassa a "chiudere gli occhi". La prossima volta si comprti meglio almeno con i colleghi. E poi sappiamo tutti come funziona...non ci prendiamo in giro con tanto di bigottismo. LA GENTE COME LEI E' STATA LA ROVINA DELLA CATEGORIA.
