B	Benedetta PV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata servita 30 minuti fa da una dipendente MALEDUCATA, SCORBUTICA e SACCENTE. Sono entrata per comprare Monuril in condizione di dichiarata emergenza ed invece di darmelo o rifiutarmelo si dilungava in una lezione grottesca di etica farmacologica sulla necessita' della prescrizione medica. Quando le facevo presente che Monuril si puo' avere anche senza prescrizione e che se non avesse voluto vendermelo sarei andata senza problemi in un'altra farmacia, continuava con la sua paternale grottesca, chiedendomi in maniera piuttosto nervosa ed alterata perche' non mi ero fatta fare una ricetta bianca dal medico da tenere sempre con me nel portafogio. In tutto questo ero piegata dal dolore ed avevo con me la mia bimba neonata che piangeva e mio marito che ascoltava sgomento. Parlando con degli amici del posto ho saputo che non e' un comportamento a loro nuovo. Pensateci prima di servirvi li. Alla fine mi ha dato il Monuril. Ora mi chiedo se questa prescrizione era cosi necessaria perche' me lo ha venduto? Se non era necessaria, perche' ho dovuto subire la predica morbosa, non richesta, noiosa, sgradevole e petulante di tale signora? Unico neo: come altre farmacie cortinesi, occorre spesso ordinare anche farmaci che nelle città sono subito disponibili. Ma almeno qui arrivano in giornata e la gentilezza, al telefono e face to face, è di casa. Very trained and professional pharmacists, available to advise. Mi è stato richiesto il pagamento di 22 euro anziché 15 euro come previsto.Dopo aver dimostrato che non era corretto mi sono stati restituiti i soldi. Per punizione, con la farmacia vuota, ho dovuto aspettare 30 minuti il risultato che in tutte le altre farmacie mi è arrivato in pochi minuti. Done swab as a non-resident.
