Entered the shop the orders were rude and not very helpful in giving directions. We were going to buy a jacket but we went out, we'll take it altrive. If I were the owner I would better choose the staff ...

Ne stavo guardando uno che poteva essere di mio gradimento e ho chiesto se era in piuma d'oca, la commessa mi risponde "certo, ma non è in saldo!"...per me non era un problema e d'altronde non lo avevo nemmeno chiesto, subito dopo la stessa commessa mi dice "comunque il giubbino che ha in mano non è della sua taglia!" Altra cosa non richiesta ne tantomeno avevo intenzione di provare una misura da esposizione visto che porto una 44/46...non mi è stato nemmeno chiesto se fosse un regalo o se per me, ho provato la mia taglia perché comunque il modello è il colore mi piaceva ma sono uscita senza acquistare poiché la scortesia è l'arroganza del personale ha fatto svanire la mia voglia di acquistare.
Andrò altrove.
The rudeness of the orders, I was looking for a jacket (for me colmar is always a guarantee)
I was looking at one that could be to my liking and I asked if it was in goose down, the saleswoman replied "sure, but it's not on sale!" ... for me it wasn't a problem and on the other hand it wasn't. I had not even asked, immediately after the same saleswoman tells me "anyway the jacket she is holding is not her size!" Another thing not required nor was I going to try an exhibition size since I wear a 44/46 ... I was not even asked if it was a gift or if for me, I tried my size because in any case the model is the I liked color but I went out without buying because the rudeness and arrogance of the staff made my desire to buy vanish.
I will go elsewhere.

Non avevano la taglia del colore da me desiderato, ma si sono prodigate per trovare l'articolo consultando la rete COLMAR , dopo aver verificato, con varie prove in camerino, che l'articolo andasse per me bene facendomi provare altri colori della mia taglia. Riceverò l'articolo da me desiderato fra qualche giorno a casa dal negozio di Courmayeur. Grande attenzione per il cliente e forte senso aziendale. Complimenti a COLMAR per saper scegliere i gestori dei suoi negozi.
Tidy and well maintained shop. Very kind, patient and professional owner and saleswoman. They did not have the size of the color I wanted, but they did their utmost to find the article by consulting the COLMAR network, after verifying, with various tests in the dressing room, that the article was suitable for me by letting me try other colors of my size. I will receive the item I want in a few days at home from the Courmayeur store. Great attention to the customer and a strong corporate sense. Congratulations to COLMAR for knowing how to choose the managers of its stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my husband and I are very petite and the adult sizes were too big. Two ladies in the store were not helpful and tried to make it as difficult as possible for us to buy anything saying there is nothing that caters to our size. After asking several times I managed to get something in my size but they were near closing time and the ladies were getting annoyed that we tried on 2-3 ski suits each. I asked to reserve the one that got me until the next day but one of the ladies snapped at me in an extremely rude manner immediately saying “NO. No it is high season”. She didn’t even ask for details or try to accommodate my request at all. Even the other customers she was serving looked at us as if they felt bad for us. I was willing to buy an entire ski suit but because of Colmars staff behavior I will never purchase anything from this brand or enter it’s stores.
