Servizio tamponi molto disorganizzato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio tampone COVID totalmente disorganizzato. Dopo un'ora e mezzo di coda e dopo aver pagato il ticket ci viene comunicato che l infermiera non si presenterà. Nessuna informazione data agli utenti in fila nonostante le ripetute richieste di informazioni.
Totally disorganized COVID buffer service. After an hour and a half in the queue and after paying the ticket we are informed that the nurse will not show up. No information given to users in line despite repeated requests for information.
