V	Valentina Del Proposto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata bene tante volte perché il personale è gentile e disponibile, però vendere UNA mascherina chirurgica a 1,50€ soprattutto in questo periodo mi sembra veramente esagerato, calcolando soprattutto che sono mascherine monouso...Delusa. Anche di trattare in maniera maleducata i clienti. Altra cosa vergognosa: non ci sono apposti i prezzi dei prodotti sugli scaffali. Cosa INACCETTABILE. Mi era stato detto, dopo aver chiesto, che un determinato prodotto veniva 2,89€ e quando sono andata alla cassa mi sono stati chiesti 3,99€ invece di 2,89€. Ho pagato senza fare problemi, ma non ci tornerò mai più. Situazione alquanto dispiacevole. Ci vuole l’educazione e il rispetto prima di tutto. Ben fornita, in diversi casi si sono prodigati al massimo per reperire i medicinali, quando non erano disponibili. Il personale è gentilissimo e professionale. La presenza di più farmacisti contemporaneamente velocizza la fila. Consigliatissima!! Excellent pharmacy, located right at the exit of the Gemelli Polyclinic. Mi sono fidato ma poi una volta a casa ho pensato al fatto che la scatola non era per niente fredda ma a parer mio a temperatura ambiente, in tutto ciò non mi hanno dato nulla per mantenere la temperatura pur comunicando che ci volevano 30 minuti per arrivare a casa. Alla fine non sicuri dell'efficacia abbiamo preso il farmaco in una seconda farmacia in zona piazza igea, la temperatura dello scatolo era fredda e in più ci hanno dato un sacchetto refrigerato per il trasporto.
