★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono solita scrivere recensioni ma quello che mi è successo ne merita una...lo scorso fine settimana, ero a casa di mia sorella, presa dal panico perchè ho notato che mio figlio (di 3 anni) aveva tosse persistente e non riusciva a respirare bene, mi sono recata in questa farmacia e ho trovato un angelo custode...la Dottoressa Gabriella molto professionale ed estremamente sensibile che nonostante il sovraffollamento è riuscita a tenere tutto sotto controllo senza perdere la calma, ed è riuscita a tenere a bada qualche cliente davvero maleducato! Ha sentito solo la sua tosse e mi ha consigliato bentelan e ventolin...tornati a casa, ho aspettato mio marito e ancora preoccupata ho deciso di portare mio figlio al pronto soccorso del Santobono...lì mi hanno chiesto se gli avessi dato qualcosa prima, ho detto del bentelan e ventolin...il dottore si è complimentato con me pensando fosse tutta farina del mio sacco perchè avevo avuto una buona intuizione e avevo così già aiutato mio figlio a stare meglio...quando però ho spiegato che era stata la Dottoressa della farmacia mi ha guardata e mi ha detto "Signora, lei è stata fortunata, non tutti i farmacisti sanno consigliare così bene, allora complimenti alla Dottoressa".
Magari si incontrassero tutti i giorni persone così competenti e gentili.
 I don't usually write reviews but what happened to me deserves one ... last weekend, I was at my sister's house, panicked because I noticed that my son (3 years old) had a persistent cough and could not to breathe well, I went to this pharmacy and found a guardian angel ... the very professional and extremely sensitive Doctor Gabriella who, despite the overcrowding, managed to keep everything under control without losing her temper, and managed to keep some really rude customer! He only heard his cough and advised me bentelan and ventolin ... back home, I waited for my husband and still worried I decided to take my son to the emergency room of the Santobono ... there they asked me if I had given him anything before, I said about the bentelan and ventolin ... the doctor complimented me thinking it was all my own work because I had a good intuition and so I had already helped my son to get better ... but when I explained that it was It was the Pharmacy Doctor who looked at me and said "Madam, you were lucky, not all pharmacists know how to advise so well, so congratulations to the Doctor".
I wish we met such competent and kind people every day.
