si trova la Farmacia Franceschi, una farmacia molto fornita, medicinali sempre disponibili, e di
ottima qualità. Disponibili anche i medicinali generici più economici. Nel caso non sia disponibile
un qualche medicina, si può effettuare anche un ordine su prenotazione, molto rapido.
Personale molto alla mano, professionale e disponibile.
We were in Montepulciano last weekend. Here, in the main street of the historic center
there is the Franceschi Pharmacy, a well-stocked pharmacy, medicines always available, and of
best quality. The cheapest generic drugs are also available. If it is not available
any medicine, you can also place an order on reservation, very fast.
Very friendly, professional and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima farmacia...alla richiesta di fare un tampone...la commessa (credo non sia un dottore)mi risponde che è tutto prenotato, mi dice di chiamare prima delle 19.30(limite per il servizio)....passo davanti e non c'è nessuno (dovrebbe esserci la coda)..provo a chiamare alle 18.45 ...mi risponde che ormai è tardi perché ci vuole mezz'ora per il responso...io l'ho fatto in posti e regioni diverse,non ho aspettato più di 10 minuti per l'esito...faceva più bella figura a dirmi che non ha voglia (o non è capace) di farlo....
Bad pharmacy ... when asked to swab ... the saleswoman (I think she is not a doctor) replies that everything is booked, tells me to call before 7.30 pm (limit for the service) .... I step in front and there is no one (there should be a queue) .. I try to call at 6.45 pm ... he replies that it is now late because it takes half an hour for the response ... I did it in different places and regions, I didn't wait more than 10 minutes for the result ... it looked better to tell me that she doesn't want (or isn't able) to do it ....
