★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancanza di professionalità e educazione. Ho telefonato per chiedere se avevano una medicina e il dottore mi ha più volte, senza motivo, attaccato il telefono in faccia. In quanto a maleducazione raggiungono sicuramente le 5 stelle!
Lack of professionalism and education. I called to ask if they had any medicine and the doctor repeatedly, for no reason, put the phone in my face. As for rudeness, they certainly reach 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di servizio ma chiusa... intervento garantito in 40 (???) minuti.... e solo se in possesso di ricetta medica urgente... e gli altri??? Non so se la legge permette questo modus operandi ma certamente è un modo per fregarsene della cittadinanza... si può fare di più e meglio
Service but closed ... intervention guaranteed in 40 (???) minutes .... and only if in possession of an urgent medical prescription ... and the others ??? I don't know if the law allows this modus operandi but it is certainly a way to give a damn about citizenship ... you can do more and better
