Non sapendo cosa acquistare ho esposto la problematica al farmacista ma purtroppo mi è capitato, dall'altra parte del bancone, un addetto/farmacista molto molto e ripeto molto maleducato e nervoso. Secondo lui facevo troppe domande (assurdo!) e alla fine mi ha dato dei prodotti che non sono sicura che mi possono risolvere il problema. Gli ho fatto presente la sua non professionalità e sinceramente sono stata fin troppo calma perché era da querelare. Vi consiglio di recarvi in questa farmacia solo se sapete cosa acquistare perché non sono (o almeno chi mi ha servito) in grado di servire un servizio di assistenza al cliente. Sono uscita dalla farmacia senza parole!! I have been to this pharmacy to buy a drug / product for a problem born during the summer vacation (so I could not have assistance from my GP). Not knowing what to buy, I exposed the problem to the pharmacist but unfortunately it happened to me, on the other side of the counter, an attendant / pharmacist very much and I repeat very rude and nervous. According to him I asked too many questions (absurd!) And in the end he gave me products that I'm not sure they can solve the problem for me. I pointed out to him his unprofessionalism and honestly I was too calm because it was to be sued. I recommend that you only go to this pharmacy if you know what to buy because I am not (or at least whoever served me) capable of serving customer service. I left the pharmacy speechless !!

Nel caso specifico la signora non si è nemmeno recata in farmacia, ma pretendeva di avere un farmaco, a domicilio, in orario extralavorativo, che non è dispensabile senza ricetta medica, e alla mia impossibilità di assolvere alla sua pretenziosa richiesta la signora molto gentilmente ha fatto questa recensione, che lascia il tempo che trova. Mi sono recata in questa farmacia per via di un problema dermatologico, dove il Dottore che mi ha servita è stato esaustivo e competente, ha compreso subito il problema e mi ha indicata il prodotto più adatto.
