Durante la malattia di mia mamma mi hanno aiutato sempre a trovare farmaci che erano difficili da reperire o che nelle altre farmacie impiegavano più tempo. Il loro sorriso mi aiutava ad affrontare anche le giornate più buie. Competence, professionalism, empathy all combined in one word. During my mum's illness they always helped me find drugs that were difficult to find or that took longer in other pharmacies. Their smile helped me face even the darkest days.

G	G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per i farmaci a libero prezzo fanno sempre pagare il massimo prezzo possibile: sono ormai 5 anni da quando mi sono trasferito a Fiano e posso dire che rispetto a quelle di Roma, dove c'è una reale concorrenza tra farmacie e una battaglia per i prezzi sui farmaci a libero prezzo qui le due farmacia più grandi (questa e quella vicino Fieni) sembrano non farsi la minima concorrenza e perciò i farmaci da banco sono sempre prezzolati. Mica ci sarà un accordo? edit per risposta piccata: Molte farmacie hanno gli stessi doveri di apertura domenicale, e di certo avrete da questo il vostro bel tornaconto personale. Il servizio che offrite è in linea con quello che offrono anche le altre farmacie, meglio non atteggiarsi a fare i preziosi. Nonostante la folla per i tamponi e solamente due farmacisti un ragazzo mi ha risolto il problema con una ricetta che era stata bloccata da un' altra farmacia. Premesso che lavoro a Roma, venerdì 03/12/2021 mi sono presa un permesso per recarmi in tempo a fare il vaccino, sono arrivata alle 17,00 ma l'infermiera era andata via, e senza neanche scusarsi, mi è stato detto di tornare martedì, il 07/12/2021 stessa trafila, ho ripreso un altro permesso al lavoro, alle 17,15 ero in farmacia per fare il vaccino, ma di nuovo l'infermiera era assente, stavolta si sono scusati, ma di fatto, ho perso due ore di lavoro ed il vaccino non l'ho fatto! Estremamente scorretti! Caro Signor Coviello, non avendo più la possibilità di replicare alla sua risposta, le integro alla mia recensione, quanto Le voglio dire: avrei accettato le sue scuse, se si fosse limitato a quelle, vorrei precisare che non sono una volontaria della Croce Rossa, ma una donatrice Avis con tanto di mail che certifica che sono avente diritto, comunque prima di venire in farmacia, ho chiamato ed il dottore che ha risposto al telefono, mi ha confermato che il vaccino c'era, che lo Stato Vi fornisce queste dosi, per chi come me, fa parte di queste categorie, le ricordo, inoltre, che sono venuta per ben 2 volte, e che per 2 volte l'infermiera non c'era! Il personale che effettua i tamponi è impagabile e sempre gentile e cortese unica pecca a livello di Farmacia l'ho purtroppo riscontrata oggi.. E ci sono rimasta male. Precedentemente ho acquistato un pacchetto tamponi e sullo scontrino non era detraibile.. Oggi ne ho fatto uno nuovo e... Puff.. È detraibile... Non è per la spesa in sé o meno ma non mi è sembrato molto corretto. Comunque per il resto Farmacia sempre fornitissima e personale sempre gentile e preparato.
