La farmacista era molto disponibile, serena e gentile, a differenza di altre farmacie dove sembra vengano loro le emorroidi quando chiedi di provare qualcosa (nemmeno il pagassero di tasca propria).
I entered with the sole purpose of asking for trial samples of a product, in order to purchase it later, and they filled me with samples. The pharmacist was very helpful, serene and kind, unlike other pharmacies where hemorrhoids seem to come to them when you ask them to try something (not even the pay out of their own pockets).

Chi soffre di questo può capire..mi sono trovata davanti alla farmacia Fanello e la dottoressa non solo mi ha dato una mano e un integratore buonissimo di sali minerali ma mi ha fatto tornare il sorriso. Eccezionale!grande empatia verso i clienti rara da trovare
I suffer a little bit of panic and once in a while I have bad feelings. Those who suffer from this can understand .. I found myself in front of the Fanello pharmacy and the doctor not only gave me a hand and a very good mineral salt supplement but made me smile again. Exceptional!
