Lei ha voluto puntualizzare tanto sull'identificazione di mia madre, ma purtroppo è riuscito solamente ad associarla come "la moglie di"...
Non si permetta più di trattare con disprezzo le persone, perché sono potenziali clienti e di conseguenza vanno trattati con rispetto. Se oggi si è svegliato male si prenda una pausa, ma non trasferisca agli altri la sua insoddisfazione.
