Maleducazione, poca professionalità, servizio orrendo, la mano destra non sa cosa fa la sinistra, la gestione dei reclami assente e di conseguenza nessunissima voglia di migliorare e accettare le critiche per crescere. L'ennesima brutta esperienza con questa farmacia. Mai più in quanto e la peggiore di tutta la val di fassa. SE CHIEDETE IL NOME AL TELEFONO ALMENO ASSEGNIATELO ALL'ORDINE ALTRIMENTI NON SERVE A NULLA IL VOSTRO "PRONTO CHI PARLA" SE AL COMPUTER NON RISULTANO NE L'ORDINE NE IL NOME. E IN PIÙ NON PROMETTETE ALLORA ALLA PERSONA CHE VI CHIAMA ALLE 10 DEL MATTINO L'ARRIVO DELL'ORDINE (POCO IMPORTANTE SECONDO VOI ESSENDO "SOLO" UN INTEGRATORE ALIMENTARE) ENTRO LE ORE 17 SE NON SIETE SICURI... NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED !!! It's a shame! Rudeness, lack of professionalism, horrendous service, the right hand does not know what the left is doing, the management of complaints absent and consequently no desire to improve and accept criticism in order to grow. Yet another bad experience with this pharmacy. Never again as it is the worst of the whole Val di Fassa. IF YOU ASK FOR THE NAME ON THE PHONE AT LEAST ASSIGN IT TO THE ORDER, OTHERWISE YOUR "READY WHO'S TALKING" IS NOT USING YOUR "READY WHO SPEAK" IF THE COMPUTER DOESN'T SHOW THE ORDER NOR THE NAME. IN ADDITION, DO NOT PROMISE THE PERSON WHO CALLS YOU AT 10 AM THE ARRIVAL OF THE ORDER (VERY LITTLE IMPORTANT ACCORDING TO YOU BEING "ONLY" A FOOD SUPPLEMENT) WITHIN 5 PM IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ...

Posso solo parlare bene, a questo punto...di un singolo farmacista Giovanni and Natalia are probably right, so I was lucky: a not young doctor - Mario Rosati - took charge of my problem and without causing the slightest embarrassment carefully and professionally solved everything! Forse perché stavo disturbando il loro pranzetto? Alla faccia della solidarietà in un momento del genere. Non ci torno mai più. Half done job. He didn't ask me if I wanted to download my purchase, and when I pointed it out to him he said he couldn't have done the receipt by now. I never go back there.
