★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso valutare la qualità del servizio offerto perché trattandosi di una farmacia è chiaro che mi è stato fornito ciò che avevo richiesto il problema è stato il "prima che ciò accadesse".
Personale maleducatissimo. Posso capire la situazione attuale di stress ma porsi in maniera totalmente indisponente con la clientela non facilita la collaborazione soprattutto quando il cliente chiede umilmente scusa e lo stesso viene aggredito inutilmente dinanzi ad altre persone.

I cannot evaluate the quality of the service offered because since it is a pharmacy it is clear that I was provided with what I had requested the problem was "before this happened".
Rude staff. I can understand the current situation of stress but being totally disrespectful to customers does not facilitate collaboration especially when the customer humbly apologizes and the same is attacked unnecessarily in front of other people.
