Oltre ad essere una farmacia rifornita, ha una gestione del magazzino adatta alle esigenze della clientela, i miei farmaci sono sempre presenti in farmacia. Oggi dopo una nreve telefonata al Dr Raffaele, dove ho spiegato il mio problema ho ricevuto la soluzione, pochi minuti dopo aver assunto il medicinale per il mio reflusso (mal di gola persistente da 2 mesi) il male è passato, pochi mesi fa invece sempre il dr raffaele mi ha suggerito un parafarmaco e la mia tendinite é sparita in un lampo.... co sconsiglio davvero questa farmacia proprio perché:
Ottima gestione del magazzino, sopratutto un ottimo database per im cliente abituale (consiglio di esserlo)
Medici farmacista che non vendono per il puro danaro, volevo una lampada di sale da tenere a casa ma mi è stata sconsigliata perché non faceva al caso mio, e non mi ha propposto nulla di diverso, mi ha detto semplicemente "no non te la vendo perché non ti serve".
Professionalità: una parola davver, troppo utilizzata a sproposito, ma non innquesto caso, studiano il tuo caso e se non hanno una soluzione immediata ci riflettono, approfondiscono e poi ti danno il loro consiglio...
Io sono questi i requisiti che fanno di me un cliente soddisfatto, fanno di me un cliente abituale, so che ricevo l'attenzione che mi serve

Competenza e attenzione per ogni problema e per ogni richiesta da parte dei titolari. Simpatia e sorriso farciscono il tutto. Chi ci capita per caso non può non ritornarci; chi è cliente abituale non potrà mai pensare di cambiare rotta. Ottimo e rapido servizio di consegna dei farmaci anche a domicilio. Complimenti!
