E	Elena Piardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata per 1 tampone domenica sera, mi sono messa in coda compilando il modellino appoggiato su un mobile di ferro,,all aperto ,niente igienizzante una sola penna che usavamo tutti ,senza nessuno che si preoccupasse dei distanziamenti,,,,e in attesa di tampone in parecchi notiamo questa(infermiera, farmacista)non si sa cosa fosse perché nemmeno portava il cartellino di riconoscimento, senza guanti e già li AIUTOOOOO.tamponava 1 dietro l altro senza nemmeno disinfettarsi le mani e anche questo molto visibile perché il telone era mezzo aperto .ma io dico se è così contagioso ste virus questa nemmeno tra 1 clienti e l altro si igienizza .poi riguardo alla privacy non comment usciva e diceva positività e negatività davanti a tutti ........posso continuare dicendovi che dopo 3 giorni che sono rinchiusa in casa e non mi arriva nulla dall ats scopro che avevano pure sbagliato a mandare i dati all ATS.....no comment I went for 1 pad on Sunday evening, I queued up filling in the model placed on an iron piece of furniture ,, outdoors, no sanitizing one pen that we all used, with no one to care about the distances ,,,, and in waiting for a tampon in several we notice this one (nurse, pharmacist) we do not know what it was because she did not even wear the identification tag, without gloves and already HELP them. it was half open. but I say if it is so contagious ste virus this not even between 1 customers and the other is sanitized. after 3 days that I am locked up in the house and I do not get anything from the ats I discover that they had also made a mistake in sending the data to the ATS ..... no comment
D	Daniele Gerosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato salutando per ben 2 volte, unico cliente , non sono stato considerato neppure con un semplice buongiorno né dalla dottoressa né dalla commessa che hanno continuato ad interloquire tra loro.....freddezza e distacco e neppure al congedo ho ricevuto una risposta di nuovo al mio saluto. Ero di passaggio ma me ne guarderò bene prima di mettereci piede di nuovo. L'educazione viene prima ancora della professionalità. I entered saying goodbye twice, the only customer, I was not considered even with a simple good morning neither by the doctor nor by the saleswoman who continued to talk to each other ..... coldness and detachment and not even on leaving I received an answer of back to my greeting. Ugualmente il Farmacista alla cassa che, nonostante il delirio di gente presente, è stato davvero cordiale e disponibile. In un periodo come questo trovare delle persone tanto gentili è un toccasana. Bravi! I went to the pharmacy around noon for a quick swab and the Doctor was incredibly kind, as well as being very gentle in handling the swab. Likewise the Pharmacist at the cash desk who, despite the delirium of people present, was really friendly and helpful. In a time like this, finding such kind people is a cure-all. Well done!
C	Chiara Frassine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come farmacia non so dire, come servizio per i tamponi rapidi SCONSIGLIATISSIMI. sul loro sito c'è un numero di telefono e un numero solo per messaggi whatsapp.. al telefono non rispondono mai.. io ho provato circa15 volte in 3 giorni. ai messaggi rispondono in maniera monosillabica e soprattutto non chiara. dopo che ho fatto il tampone presso di loro non mi è stato dato il referto (che sono tenuti a dare) per un problema tecnico (avevano finito il toner) e alle mie richieste via messaggio di farmelo avere via messaggio/mail dei giorni successivi non hanno ancora risposto (sono passati 8 giorni). TOTALMENTE DISORGANIZZATI. Io ho fatto la coda perchè non ero prenotata e giustamente senza prenotazione si fanno in base al'ordine d'arrivo, ma c'era la possibilità di prenotare. per questo mi chiedo se non rispondono mai come si può prenotare? altro fattore pessimo lo spazio per aspettare l'esito del tampone è insufficiente e NON si era sufficiente distanziati e il risultato viene detto senza privacy davanti a tutti.
