★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato casa tramite l'Agenzia Tecnocasa di Bovezzo e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza positiva, ho trovato molta professionalità e siamo stati seguiti molto bene da Filippo G., agente molto preparato e ottima persona, che ha dimostrato molta attenzione per il cliente e molta "umanità" (nel senso che non è il solito agente "commerciale" che ti spinge a vendere/comprare a tutti i costi, ma al contrario ha saputo consigliarci mettendosi nei nostri panni). Nonostante non nutra quindi simpatia in genere per le agenzie immobiliari, mi sono dovuto ricredere e mi sento di consigliare questa Agenzia ed in particolare Filippo, a cui va il nostro ringraziamento. We bought the house through the Tecnocasa Agency in Bovezzo and I must say that it was a positive experience, I found a lot of professionalism and we were looked after very well by Filippo G., a very prepared agent and excellent person, who showed a lot of attention to the customer and a lot of "humanity" (in the sense that he is not the usual "commercial" agent who pushes you to sell / buy at all costs, but on the contrary he has been able to advise us by putting himself in our shoes). Even though he does not generally have sympathy for real estate agencies, I had to change my mind and I would like to recommend this agency and in particular Filippo, to whom our thanks go.
