★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi do 5 stelle per la gentilezza della dottoressa e dei dottori ma non riesco a digerire il fatto di essere stato preso in giro per 2 volte (al banco ed al telefono) sentendomi dire che LA NOVALGINA "NON LA FANNO PIU'" (non mi è stata detta una parola diversa da quella che ho scritto quindi non inventate risposte giustificative, quel che mi è stato detto è stato trascritto nella valutazione) quando è reperibile in qualsiasi farmacia. Questa presa in giro vi è costata il cliente per sempre perchè non comprerò più nemmeno una pallina Zigulì! Peccato, dispiacerà più a me che a voi. 09/09/2020 Facendo seguito alla vostra cordiale risposta, capisco che la Novalgina fa male ed è bandita da USA ed alcuni paesi europei mentre il Metamizolo (identico alla novalgina) si può vendere e non fa male.....che strane cose accadono con i medicinali identici tra loro e con nome diverso. Comunque bastava spendere 2 parole in più ed essere stati meno seccati nella risposta alla mia domanda per aver evitato inutili commenti. Mi avete detto LA NOVALGINA NON LA FANNO PIU', questo è il fulcro della mia lamentela e non ho messo in dubbio la vostra professionalità acquistando comunque il Metamizolo che mi avevate proposto (e l'ho anche buttato perchè non acquisto per principio i medicinali generici soprattutto quando vengono imposti dichiarando erroneamente che l'originale non lo fanno più). Bastava dire: "non la teniamo perchè il fornitore è senza" ed avremmo risolto tutto. No?
I give you 5 stars for the kindness of the doctor and doctors but I can not digest the fact that I have been teased twice (at the counter and on the phone) by being told that THE NOVALGINA "DO NOT DO IT ANYMORE" (I don't a different word was said from the one I wrote so don't invent supporting answers, what I was told was transcribed in the evaluation) when it is available in any pharmacy. This mockery cost you the customer forever because I won't buy even a Zigulì ball anymore! Too bad, it will be more sorry to me than to you. 09/09/2020 Following your cordial reply, I understand that Novalgina hurts and is banned by the USA and some European countries while Metamizole (identical to Novalgina) can be sold and it doesn't hurt ..... what strange things they happen with medicines that are identical to each other and with a different name. However, it was enough to spend 2 more words and have been less annoyed in answering my question for having avoided unnecessary comments. You told me THE NOVALGINA DON'T MAKE IT ANY MORE, this is the fulcrum of my complaint and I did not question your professionalism, buying the Metamizole you proposed to me anyway (and I also threw it away because I don't buy generic medicines on principle especially when they are imposed by falsely declaring that the original no longer does). It was enough to say: "we do not keep it because the supplier is without" and we would have solved everything. No?
