★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandissimi, l'unica farmacia della provincia dove sono tutti simpatici ed hanno sempre i medicinali originali.
La maggior parte delle farmacie del circondario ti fa tornare sempre al pomeriggio perchè non ha mai niente in casa, solo generico generico generico.......
E secondo voi, io già sto male, devo anche ritornare?
Cuppellini e staff invece hanno sempre tutto!!!! Grandi!!!!
Great, the only pharmacy in the province where they are all nice and always have the original medicines.
Most of the neighborhood pharmacies always make you come back in the afternoon because they never have anything at home, only generic generic generic .......
And do you think I'm already sick, should I also come back?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meriterebbe di più come "stelle" (anche 5) ma devo lamentare l'impossibilità di avere contatti telefonici. Date l'impressione che durante l'orario di apertura teniate apposta il ricevitore sollevato: non può essere diversamente visto che, col meccanismo di richiamo automatico, sono stato ORE a trovar sempre occupato. Non vi viene il dubbio che ci possano essere persone in difficoltà, malati allettati, persone in isolamento o quarantena, o comunque impossibilitati a venire in farmacia??? Se non vi rendete (o non vi volete rendere) raggiungibili telefonicamente, almeno attivate un sistema diverso per contattarvi (tipo email o un sistema di messaggeria telefonica, oppure ancora attivare un sito web con un portale dedicato ai contatti). Chiedo troppo?
It deserves more as "stars" (even 5) but I must complain about the impossibility of having telephone contacts. Give the impression that during opening hours you purposely keep the receiver lifted: it cannot be otherwise since, with the automatic redial mechanism, it was ORE who always found myself busy. There is no doubt that there may be people in difficulty, bedridden patients, people in isolation or quarantine, or otherwise unable to come to the pharmacy ??? If you do not make yourself (or do not want to make yourself) reachable by phone, at least activate a different system to contact you (such as email or a telephone messaging system, or activate a website with a portal dedicated to contacts). Am I asking too much?
