Prego di voler aggiornare gli orari per evitare ai vostri clienti, magari malati o infortunati, una camminata inutile. e	egle breme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una sera avevo urgente bisogno di un medicinale, ho provato a cercare su google e la dava chiusa, dopo varie ricerche mi hanno detto che era di turno così, per non girare a vuoto ho provato a telefonare (anche per sapere se avevano ciò che cercavo)... non hanno mai risposto, quando mi sono recata sul posto il farmacista mi ha detto che dovevo pagare €7,50 per il servizio notturno (senza neanche sapere se il medicinale era disponibile!) alla mia richiesta di sapere prima se avessero la medicina mi ha risposto che così doveva tornare indietro e faceva 2 viaggi! Allucinante! Il bancone dista circa 3 metri!!! Comunque quello che cercavo non l’avevano. Non sapete lavorare, così non si fa, soprattutto con un urgenza notturna! Chiamo la veterinaria (sempre disponibile) che mi invia la ricetta della medicina. Mi metto alla ricerca telefonica della farmacia e ne trovo solo una a Massa (dove poi mi sono recato) che risponde al telefono. Provo anche alla “storica” Di Ciolo di Forte e continuo a rimanere in attesa di una risposta che si fa attendere un po’ troppo. Decido quindi di recarmi in centro e effettuare la chiamata notturna. Sono le 10 di sera e alla porta sbarrata si presenta un figuro che subito mi avvisa che la chiamata notturna ha un costo di 7,50€!?. Chiedo comunque il medicinale e mi viene risposto dall’addetto che se gli do prima i soldi non deve fare due volte la strada per andare alla cassa (che dista ben 5 mt). Gli rispondo che se non mi dice quanto gli devo e se dispone del medicinale non sono tenuto a dargli nulla. Ritorna e mi dice che non lo ha e quindi decido di recarmi a Massa dove mi avevano fornito tutte le informazioni via telefono. Conclusione, basterebbe rispondere al telefono e fornire le informazioni prima di far perdere 45 minuti di tempo... Ho messo una stella perché non potevo mettere ZERO. Cambiate personale!
