Spocchiosi e arroganti. Nice shop with great brands but if what you try is not good for you, don't say it, you might be told that you don't want / can spend certain amounts. Snooty and arrogant.

Alla mia richiesta di provare alcune scarpe Mou, ha iniziato a parlarmi sopra, con tono arrogante, non facendomi spiegare quale modello mi interessasse. Tanto che la prima volta ha portato quello sbagliato. Il culmine è stato quando io mi sono “permessa” di guardare sulla scatola delle scarpe quale fosse il modello che mi aveva portato e il numero (visto che mi sembravano grandi): mi ha letteralmente strappato di mano la scatola e ha detto che quella era una loro dicitura (Mou short a quanto mi risulta vale in tutto il mondo). Non sapevo se ridere o arrabbiarmi, tanto mi sembrava assurdo il suo comportamento. A quel punto le ho chiesto cosa le fosse preso (ma forse era meglio se me ne andavo subito!): la signorina, non degnandomi di uno sguardo, non ha neppure risposto!!! E si è messa a rimettere a posto le scarpe rabbiosamente. Naturalmente me ne sono andata piuttosto stupefatta! Non ricordo di aver mai di incontrato tanta maleducazione in una persona che lavora al pubblico. Mi dispiace perché ero cliente di questo negozio e con le precedenti commesse mi ero sempre trovata bene. Ovviamente non credo che ci rimetterò più piede. I didn't know whether to laugh or get angry, his behavior seemed so absurd to me. At that point I asked her what was wrong with her (but maybe it was better if I left immediately!): the young lady, not deigning to look at me, did not even answer !!! And she began to put her shoes back angrily. Of course I left quite amazed! I don't remember ever encountering such rudeness in a person who works for the public. I'm sorry because I was a customer of this shop and I had always been happy with previous orders. Obviously, I don't think I'll set foot on it again.

Ho chiamato e la commessa gentilissima mi ha messo in contatto con il loro magazzino ed il giorno dopo avevo le scarpe in tempo per fare un regalo e non mi hanno fatto pagare neanche le spese di spedizione. Ottimo servizio e scarpe di qualità grazie ancora. I was looking for a Clarks model that I couldn't find in Tuscany. I called and the very kind saleswoman put me in touch with their warehouse and the next day I had my shoes in time to give a gift and they didn't even charge me for the shipping costs. Great service and quality shoes thanks again.

Ciò che lo squalifica è la totale assenza di ogni misura di prevenzione covid da parte degli addetti alla vendita compreso il titolare. Imperdonabile caduta di professionalità e di rispetto verso gli utenti

The owner of the store (I guess) was very unfriendly and honestly I had the feeling he was not interested either in helping us or in selling any shoes. We came in this store with another couple and he add the same unpleasant behavior with all of us. Moreover we could compare the prices and definitely this store is more expensive to other shoes stores if we compare with the same brandes. REALLY A PLACE TO AVOID !
