S	Stefania Martinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile prenotare farmaci o prodotti al telefono, con gentilezza do il mio parere dicendo che si tratta di un sistema retrogrado e che in qualunque farmacia prendono prenotazioni telefoniche, apriti cielo! Il farmacista la prende come un'offesa personale, invece di fare una riflessione costruttiva e la titolare accanto a lui che assiste alla telefonata, sbraita dall'altra parte della "cornetta". Non ci siamo proprio... I feedback del cliente sono SEMPRE utili e vanno usati per migliorare e non per aumentare il livello di permalosita' egoica dell'individuo. Assolutamente hanno perso dei clienti per quanto riguarda la nostra famiglia. M	Maria caridad Hechavarria ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale arrogante, è la seconda volta che hanno un tratto non corretto con il cliente, la prima volta ho detto va bene fosse non è giornata, la seconda volta stata il giorno 16/04/2020,come vedete sotto questo brutto momento che stiamo attraversando, entro mi desinfetto le mani e procedo a ordinare, la farmacista mi da il prodotto dopo che ha toccato sia miei soldi che miei documenti, prendo tutto alla uscita ho detto meglio mi desinfetto le mani visto che loro toccano il documenti, soldi di tutti così non mi porto la malattia acasa, una volta vicina al desinfettante sento la voce della farmacista che mi vieta il utilizzo del desinfettante, mi sono girata e li ho riposto ok ma il primi portatrice della malattia possono essere v voi che durante la giornata toccate più documenti, soldi di tanti clienti, perché io non posso desinfettante la mie mani dopo per evitare portare la malattia a casa mia. Auguro a tutti voi non abbiate a che fare con questa farmacia,. Sono arrivata a 15 minuti dalla chiusura e la titolare mi ha accolto dicendomi di muovermi ad entrare perché stavano chiudendo. Pur di non vedere facce così brutte che ti guardano male preferisco andare altrove. Al contrario farmacia di Campofiorenzo Rete Club Salute o farmacia Consonni a Monticello lì si che sono professionali e gentili. Pharmacists are of a monstrous dislike! Signora Titolare, vada ad educarsi su come trattare i clienti. Non è il prestigio della farmacia a farne la qualità ma il suo personale e il servizio offerto ai clienti. Al momento del pagamento dico “pago con pos” e la sciura risponde paga con quello che vuole, a me frega niente”. Pago. E chiedo se è tutto ok. Risponde “lo scontrino!” Va alla cassa e bisbiglia “pagano con pos e poi non prendono nemmeno lo scontrino”. E aggiungo:Sono un poco stanco chiedo scusa. Lei “si ma io non centro”. Non replico e saluto e me ne vado. Dunque: se posso scegliere dove spendere i miei soldi: mai più a loro. Maleducati!
