A	Aliosha Dalmaschio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo due giorni ho chiesto il reso di due prodotti ancora chiusi e sigillati (no farmaci) e mi hanno risposto che non era possibile a causa Covid e sanificazione, io mi chiedo ma la sanificazione non è possibile rifarla se il prodotto è ancora sigillato? La tutela al consumatore con il reso entro 14gg non esiste più? O la legge l'avete modificata a vostro piacimento e comodità? In ogni caso consiglio prima di acquistare un prodotto da loro esserne sicuri al 100% perché non accettano mai i resi. After two days I asked for the return of two products that are still closed and sealed (no drugs) and they replied that it was not possible due to Covid and sanitation, I wonder but the sanitation is not possible to do it again if the product is still sealed? Does consumer protection with return within 14 days no longer exist? Or have you changed the law to your liking and convenience? In any case, I recommend before buying a product from them to be 100% sure because they never accept returns.

Done this morning swab ... after not even 5 minutes positive result ... for three days I had always tested negative at home ... after two hours this morning tried in another pharmacy, after a regular 15 minute wait, negative result .... mah ....

È spesso molto affollato ed inevitabilmente si crea un po di confusione,tuttavia di questi tempi è buona cosa munirsi di pazienza. Qui nonostante la lunga coda ai tamponi mi hanno subito accolta con gentilezza e dopo nemmeno 15 minuti avevo già fatto tutto con risultato in mano. Questa é etica professionale e sensibilità nei confronti di tutti i clienti senza distinzione. Contrary to my experience at the Merate Griffini pharmacy. In coda per fare il tampone (per mia figlia piccola) siamo stati mandati via con la seguente frase: "Dalla signora qui in poi non voglio vedere più nessuno!! Non vi voglio più vedere!!" Immaginate lo sgomento per una bimba di 8 anni sentirsi dire una frase del genere. Volevo far sapere alla proprietà di stare tranquilli... Non esiste solo la loro farmacia in zona, e gli altri, nonostante lo stress di questo periodo, riescono a rimanere persone cordiali. Rude management. In line to swab (for my little daughter) we were sent away with the following sentence: "From the lady here on, I don't want to see anyone anymore !! I don't want to see you anymore !!" Imagine the dismay for an 8-year-old girl to hear such a phrase. I wanted to let the property know to rest assured ... There is not only their pharmacy in the area, and the others, despite the stress of this period, manage to remain friendly people.
