Vane le mie suppliche, mentre dietro la vetrata la farmacista girava le spalle e si allontanava. Che delusione. Arriving 5 minutes after closing, I see myself lowering the shutter despite my request to open for an emergency for an injured dog. My pleas were in vain, while behind the window the pharmacist turned her back and walked away. What a disappointment.

An excellent pharmacy, courteous and friendly, always uncrowded, easy to reach on foot and by car. In front there is a huge parking lot.

Eppure la normativa prevede l'equipollenza dei due tipi di documentazioni... I made an appointment for a swab but when I asked to be able to receive the result on a simple paper from the pharmacy without communicating the data to the ministry or generating the green card, they replied that they could not do it. Yet the legislation provides for the equivalence of the two types of documentation ...

Addirittura dicevano di chiamarmi telefonicamente. Non ho mai ricevuto alcuna chiamata. E quando io ho provato a chiamare (ho fatto molti tentativi), non ho mai ricevuto risposta. I am not happy with the service received. I was expecting an important medicine and they kept promising me its imminent arrival. They even said to call me by phone. I have never received any calls. And when I tried to call (made many attempts), I never got an answer.
