Può capitare a tutti di sbagliare, ma bisogna saper rimediare con i clienti.
Spesso prendo la pizza qui e devo dire che è molto buona, tuttavia il sabato rischi il disastro.
L'ultima volta ho atteso 45 minuti, rispetto all'orario prefissato, una pizza già ordinata telefonicamente, ma la cosa peggiore è stato l'impasto della stessa: una mattonella praticamente, non c'era stata la giusta lievitazione, quella pizza non era buona.
Un cliente che paga vuole essere soddisfatto, qui hanno toppato sia nella gestione del cliente che nella qualità del prodotto.
The big problem of this pizzeria is called Sabato.
It can happen to everyone to make mistakes, but you have to know how to make up for it with customers.
I often get pizza here and I have to say it's very good, however on Saturday you risk disaster.
The last time I waited 45 minutes, compared to the set time, for a pizza already ordered by phone, but the worst thing was the dough of the same: practically a tile, there was not the right leavening, that pizza was not good.
A paying customer wants to be satisfied, here they have messed up both in customer management and in product quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have visited the location at 17:30 to eat some pizzas but it was closed and we have been informed that it will be opened at 19:00 o’clock.
We have waited one and half hour and then i have ordered our pizzas. They have prepared the pizzas in 15 minutes.
I have checked around and seen that the kitchen, pizza stand, oven and pizza masters were clean and also every where in kitchen was hygiene. They are also useing the quality meat and fresh vegetables.
The pizzas have been delicious and we have liked them a lot. I can order my pizza next time while my eyes are closed.
I think it is the best pizza location in the town. Many thanks for the master who knows very well how the delicious pizza is prepared and cooked. Ahmet
