★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare per fare i tamponi, non vengono assolutamente rispettate le modalità di esecuzione (tamponi che vengono appena inseriti nelle narici e tempi per il referto di soli 5 minuti invece di 15) e la privacy del cliente, dato che il risultato viene comunicato in maniera non privata. Questa modalità di esecuzione dei test permette a soggetti positivi, che per l'irregolarità del prelievo risultano negativi, di poter svolgere qualsiasi attività aumentando esponenzialmente il rischio di contagi. IRRESPONSABILI

Bene: non solo ho ricevuto da Costei ottimi consigli in punto quo, ma stamani prendere atto al risveglio del messaggio con il quale la Dott.ssa chiedeva quali fossero le mie condizioni di salute, mi ha davvero meravigliato….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, sono venuto per fare un tampone e mi sono infilato in mezzo alle persone che stavano senza distanziamento ad aspettare gli esiti, il dottore che mi ha fatto il tampone è stato poco educato e quasi scocciato dal dovermi fare un tampone, come se noi clienti fossimo felici, inoltre le modalità di esecuzione del tampone sono state pessime, il prelievo è stato fatto in un istante, praticamente il tampone è fasullo, inoltre nonostante si dovrebbero aspettare 15 minuti per l'effettivo risultato del tampone, dopo 8 minuti era già pronto, una volta entrato in farmacia per pagare c'era una grande confusione e sicuramente non c'è un organizzazione.
Consiglio di gestire meglio le persone che creano assemblamenti davanti alla porta e di essere più educati e competenti con i clienti perché sebbene siamo in una situazione difficile non ci dobbiamo scordare che la professionalità viene prima di tutto.
