Esperienza al dir poco vergognosa: dopo aver atteso minuti in fila ci viene detto di chiedere informazioni sui tamponi da prenotare e ci viene fatto presente che non sono più disponibili fino all'anno nuovo. Tutto corretto, se non fosse che mentre io e altre due persone eravamo in fila ci siamo accorti che una persona dal nulla si mette davanti a noi e senza nessun preavviso dice due parole e le fanno passare. Nel momento in cui lo faccio presente la farmacista comincia a urlarmi contro (premetto che io ho usato toni pacatissimi e avrò almeno 20 anni di meno ma lasciamo stare) dicendo "aspetta qui da più di voi" confermando la mia tesi che "solo prenotazione" non tocca ovviamente amici e conoscenti. Avete perso 3 clienti. I put a star because I can't put zero. Experience to say the least shameful: after waiting minutes in line we are told to ask for information on tampons to reserve and we are told that they are no longer available until the new year. All correct, except that while I and two other people were in line we realized that a person out of nowhere stands in front of us and without any warning says a few words and let them pass. The moment I mention it, the pharmacist begins to yell at me (I state that I used very calm tones and I will be at least 20 years younger but forget it) saying "wait here more than you" confirming my thesis that "only booking" obviously does not affect friends and acquaintances. You have lost 3 customers.

Sia nella parte di accettazione che nella parte dove vengono eseguiti i tamponi sempre massima disponibilità e cortesia.
