★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre gentili. Hanno sempre quello che mi serve e se per caso non lo hanno, se lo fanno mandare e nel giro di due ore arriva... io mi trovo troppo bene con loro anche per consigli senza passare dal dottore.
Per me sono Tutti molto preparati

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inqualificabili . Ho telefonato per avere farmaci urgenti post intervento alle gambe, mi hanno trattata malissimo (signora ho il egizio pieno e non ho tempo) e attaccato il telefono in faccia.
Era la farmacia di turno.
Con molta difficoltà, sono a letto con gamba operata, ho cercato altra farmacia e trovato le eparine urgenti.
Non ho parole.

Unqualifiable. I called for urgent post surgery medications on my legs, they treated me very badly (lady, I have a full Egyptian and I don't have time) and put the phone in my face.
It was the pharmacy on duty.

Chiedo di fare un benedetto tampone e fanno mille domande. Poco professionali e oltretutto parlando tra colleghi mentre ero al telefono sento che ad alta voce dicevano il mio nome e cognome includendo delle mie informazioni sensibili alle orecchie dei presenti!!! Ma la privacy! Ho fatto presente che non è carino parlare di cose sensibili ad alta voce,di tutta risposta mi ha urlato al telefono NON MI INSEGNI COME FARE IL MIO LAVORO! BUTTANDO GIU.
Ho richiamato chiedendo se fosse caduta la linea e con tono violento ANCORA LEI! E che velo dico a fare.. mi hanno chiuso in faccia.
A breve riceveranno lettera dal mio avvocato.

I called back asking if the line had dropped and in a violent tone YOU AGAIN! And what a veil I say to do .. they closed me in the face.
They will receive a letter from my lawyer shortly.
