Molto probabilmente la voglia di vendere supera la professionalità e la giusta informazione della signora alla quale, oltre che carente nella conoscenza specifica, va impartita una bella lezione di educazione. Personale maleducato e saccente (ovviamente non tutti), propinano prodotti più costosi o non richiesti, non hanno mai quello che chiedi, sempre da ordinare (sembra di stare al mercato). Ma la cosa più grave è che non hanno mai i farmaci generici e te lo comunicano con arroganza e stizza. Se “sbagliano” vogliono avere ragione e ti trattano male (hanno fatto un grande sbaglio su una ricetta e prenotazione che non sto qui a spiegare) Già da tempo non ci andavo più per tutti questi motivi, ma purtroppo sono dovuto andarci per forza in piena emergenza covid perchè era purtroppo una farmacia più vicina. Mi permetto, infine, di rilevare che, a volte, l'approccio altrui può, in parte, dipendere da come ci comportiamo noi per primi, senza naturalmente entrare nel merito di situazioni specifiche, collegate a scelte di farmaci ecc., considerato non sono, comunque, una frequentatrice abituale, seppur attenta.
