Each time you are assisted with the utmost seriousness and courtesy. Doctors are very competent, they explain many things to you and help you solve health problems. They have excellent pet food and my dog is happy too :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sono dei commercianti che si interessano solo a vendere, o sono degli incompetenti che non si aggiornano sulla medicina moderna.
Avevo chiesto uno spray nasale per il raffreddore, e mi hanno dato uno spray di acqua sporca (prodotto omeopatico) da 10€.
EDIT: proporre un prodotto omeopatico significa offrire dei placebo costosi, ed è ben diverso dal fornire "soluzioni mirate" e "cure fisiologiche e naturali che vadano non a mascherare il sintomo ma a risolverlo" (come invece dite voi).
Il mio errore è stato quello di fidarmi della vostra professionalità, ma al momento dell'acquisto non mi è stato detto si trattasse di un prodotto omeopatico (me ne sono accorto solo quando non ero più a Pistoia).
Il commento si basa sulla mia esperienza con la vostra farmacia, e se continuate a sostenere che un prodotto omeopatico possa offrire delle cure reali, vuol dire che non è campato per aria.

I had asked for a nasal spray for colds, and they gave me a spray of dirty water (homeopathic product) from 10 €.
EDIT: offering a homeopathic product means offering expensive placebos, and it is very different from providing "targeted solutions" and "physiological and natural treatments that go not to mask the symptom but to solve it" (as you say instead).
My mistake was to trust your professionalism, but at the time of purchase I was not told it was a homeopathic product (I only realized it when I was no longer in Pistoia).
The comment is based on my experience with your pharmacy, and if you continue to argue that a homeopathic product can offer real treatments, it means that it has not gone well in the air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia storica di Pistoia,si trova in una ottima posizione essendo vicino al centro storico,a pochi passi dalla stazione e dai mezzi pubblici, inoltre alla possibilità di parcheggio.
Per il mio punto di vista di cittadino posso dire che è molto ben fornita e soprattutto ha prodotti di qualità,sia per quanto riguarda il mondo animale che per la cosmetica,senza trascurare il mondo dello sport.
Il personale è gentilissimo e ben preparato,pronto a consigliare ogni cliente e a soddisfare tutte le esigenze.
Consigliatissima.
Historic pharmacy in Pistoia, is located in an excellent position being close to the historic center, a few steps from the station and public transport, as well as the possibility of parking.
From my point of view as a citizen I can say that it is very well supplied and above all it has quality products, both for the animal world and for cosmetics, without neglecting the world of sport.
The staff is very kind and well trained, ready to advise every customer and to satisfy all needs.
Highly recommended.
