★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo comprato 1 crema viso alle 18 e la farmacista ha sbagliato il prodotto che mia moglie le aveva chiesto. Paghiamo 20€ e dopo 2 ore ci accorgiamo che il prodotto era sbagliato, ovviamente la crema non viene usata. Ci presentiamo alle 9.30 del giorno dopo con crema integra, scontrino e un bel sorriso e ci viene detto che non la possono cambiare perché è uscita dal "microclima" della farmacia ed è stata esposta al caldo di 40 gradi del giorno (ricordo dalle 18 alle 9.30 quindi al massimo sarà stata ai 20 gradi della notte). La farmacista è stata sgarbata e maleducata, con tante espressioni schifate quando le abbiamo fatto presente che sono 20€ di crema che ci hanno venduto Loro sbagliando. Dopo 10 min di discussione accettano il cambio e addio. Meleducazione e pressappochismo! Voto 0! Probabilmente sono abituati a fare così con i turisti
We bought 1 face cream at 6 pm and the pharmacist made a mistake about the product my wife had asked her for. We pay € 20 and after 2 hours we realize that the product was wrong, obviously the cream is not used. We introduce ourselves at 9.30 am the following day with intact cream, receipt and a beautiful smile and we are told that they cannot change it because it came out of the "microclimate" of the pharmacy and was exposed to the heat of 40 degrees of the day (remember from 18 to 9.30 so at most it will have been at 20 degrees of the night). The pharmacist was rude and rude, with so many disgusted expressions when we told her that it's € 20 of cream that they sold us wrong. After 10 minutes of discussion they accept the change and goodbye. Education and carelessness! Rating 0! They are probably used to doing so with tourists

L'arroganza, la scortesia e l'offesa è di casa da parte della titolare.
Volevo ricevere soltanto alcuni chiarimenti sulla inefficienza (viso ustionato dopo 1 ora non continuo al sole) di alcuni prodotti cosmetici solari (protezione viso 50+) confezionati dai farmacisti preparatori, da me acquistati 1 giorno prima e di risposta, aggredendomi con voce aspra, ha insinuato che fossi andata lì in farmacia solo per riavere i soldi indietro e che nessuno mai si era lamentato di quei prodotti (purtroppo non tutti sono disposti a ritornare ed affrontare la situazione soprattutto perché come me o turisti o di passaggio).
A tale affermazione alquanto offensiva, ho salutato andando via.
Di seguito mi sono recata a Martina Franca e recatami in una farmacia ho trovato gli stessi prodotti solari. Ho esposto i fatti e con molta gentilezza, tranquillità e soprattutto professionalità, mi hanno informata che faranno subito una segnalazione alla Ditta.

I just wanted to get some clarifications on the inefficiency (a burned face after 1 hour not continuous in the sun) of some cosmetic sun products (face protection 50+) packaged by the preparatory pharmacists, purchased by me 1 day before and in response, attacking me with a harsh voice, has insinuated that I had gone there to the pharmacy only to get the money back and that no one had ever complained about those products (unfortunately not everyone is willing to come back and face the situation mainly because like me or tourists or passing through).
To this somewhat offensive statement, I greeted by leaving.
Afterwards I went to Martina Franca and went to a pharmacy I found the same solar products. I explained the facts and with great kindness, tranquility and above all professionalism, they informed me that they will immediately report to the Company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono in realtà ankora andato ma dopo aver avuto notizia ke anke i turisti fuori regione potevano vaccinarsi senza prenotazione, ho kiamato per avere ulteriori informazioni. Il Dottor Filippo Dell'AERA ke mi ha risposto mi ha detto di non saperne nulla ma si sarebbe informato se lo avessi rikiamato entro 15 minuti. Ho rikiamato e lo stesso Dottore mi ha fornito le informazioni ke volevo in maniera kordiale e professionale, oltre ke edukata. Domattina andrò a fare il vaccino e non mankerò di andare a ringraziarlo personalmente ? grandissimo DOK grazie dal KAIMANO!!
I haven't actually gone yet but after hearing the news that tourists outside the region could get vaccinated without a reservation, I called for more information. Doctor Filippo Dell'AERA replied to me and told me he did not know anything but would have informed him if I had called him back within 15 minutes. I rikiamato and the same Doctor gave me the information I wanted in a friendly and professional way, besides being educated. Tomorrow morning I will go to get the vaccine and I will not fail to go and thank him personally ? great DOK thanks from KAIMANO !!
