★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non capisco le recensioni negative, personalmente ho trovato personale preparato, cortesia e disponibilità. Durante il lockdown era una delle poche farmacie a portare farmaci a domicilio. Consiglio ad occhi chiusi la Farmacia dei Colli.
I honestly do not understand the negative reviews, personally I found the staff prepared, courtesy and helpfulness. During the lockdown it was one of the few pharmacies to bring medicines home. I recommend the Farmacia dei Colli with my eyes closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti fanno il tampone senza neanche chiudere la porta dello stanzino, neanche un minimo di privacy, 15 Euro e avanti un altro velocemente che devono fare soldi. Andate altrove.
They swab you without even closing the door of the closet, not even a minimum of privacy, 15 Euros and on another quickly they have to make money. Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ora capisco perchè vedevo la farmacia era sempre vuota confronto ad altre dove c'è la fila, quando non c'era il business dei tamponi: Fretta molta fretta, perchè hanno i tamponi da fare. Peccato che prima o poi la storia dei tamponi finirà, e un cliente ritorna solo se c'è prima di tutto cortesia, attenzione al cliente e convenienza, cosa che non troverete qui. Alla larga...
Now I understand why I saw the pharmacy was always empty compared to others where there is a queue, when there was no tampon business: Hurry, very hurry, because they have tampons to do. Too bad that sooner or later the history of tampons will end, and a customer only returns if there is first and foremost courtesy, customer care and convenience, which you will not find here. Stay away...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un tampone covid da fare a casa avendo mio figlio con febbre alta... mi hanno dato test covid antigenico, joinstar, con istruzioni solo in tedesco, o qualche altra lingua, niente inglese o italiano. Vergognoso.
I asked for a covid swab to do at home having my son with a high fever ... they gave me antigenic covid test, joinstar, with instructions only in german, or some other language, no english or italian. Shameful.

I business dei tamponi gli ha dato alla testa e se devi chiedere un'informazione in più ti mettono fretta in malo modo o indicano di andare da un'altra parte perchè loro hanno i tamponi da fare. Mai vista una scena del genere. NON CI ANDATE, anche perchè tra le farmacie della zona è quella con i prezzi più alti. MAI PIU'
Terrible and the gentleman very rude and unfriendly. The tampon business has gone to his head and if you have to ask for more information they rush you badly or indicate you go somewhere else because they have tampons to do. Never seen such a scene. DO NOT GO THERE, also because among the pharmacies in the area it is the one with the highest prices. NEVER AGAIN'
