★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco questa farmacia da tanto tempo e devo dire che è davvero un posto di grande competenza, disponibilità e gentilezza.
Ho avuto tante dimostrazioni di quanto scrivo e racconto solo l'ultima in ordine temporale.
Avevo un forte mal di gola , raffreddore e probabilmente mi stava venendo la febbre. Temendo di trovare la farmacia chiusa, mi ero fermata presso una parafarmacia nel tragitto per tornare a casa dall'ufficio. Non hanno saputo consigliarmi nulla. Fortunatamente sono arrivata in farmacia prima che chiudesse e ho trovato la farmacista che dopo due domande mi ha dato un prodotto perfetto per il mio stato e che mi ha fatto dormire la sera stessa (al contrario delle sere precedenti) e mi ha rimesso in sesto per il giorno dopo.
Come dicevo questo è solo l'ultimo episodio in ordine di tempo. Ho avuto dimostrazioni di professionalità e gentilezza da tutti e ora, anche se ho cambiato quartiere, cerco sempre di passare da loro perché non ho più ritrovato un posto così. In questa farmacia sono tutti davvero molto bravi e competenti. Inoltre spesso è aperta anche il sabato mattina.
Davvero da consigliare.
I have known this pharmacy for a long time and I must say that it is indeed a place of great competence, availability and kindness.
I have had so many demonstrations of what I write and only tell the last one in chronological order.
I had a severe sore throat, a cold and was probably having a fever. Fearing to find the pharmacy closed, I stopped at a drugstore on the way back home from the office. They didn't know how to advise me. Fortunately I arrived at the pharmacy before it closed and I found the pharmacist who after two questions gave me a perfect product for my condition and that made me sleep the same night (unlike the previous nights) and put me back on track for the day after.
As I said this is only the latest episode in chronological order. I have had demonstrations of professionalism and kindness from everyone and now, even if I have changed neighborhoods, I always try to go to them because I have not found a place like this anymore. In this pharmacy they are all really very good and competent. It is also often open on Saturday mornings.
Really recommend.
