★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una farmacia che grazie al proprio personale ha sempre saputo andare incontro alle richieste del cliente in modo professionale, con gentilezza e conoscenza approfondita dei farmaci, cosicome dei prodotti che riguardano la cura della persona e il settore parafarmaci. Da annotare la nuova posizione strategica sicuramente migliore come visibilità e location all'avanguardia . Peccato che una delle addette che almeno per anzianità avrebbe dovuto fornire un servizio esemplare, si è limitata ad esprimere il proprio parere tra l'altro non richiesto nell'interpretazione della prescrizione medica che sconfina l'invadenza a livello personale con dei commenti decisamente fuori luogo e con un tono che personalmente considero intollerabile specialmente quando una persona abbia bisogno di sostegno e cure.
P. S. Grazie mille della cortese risposta, non intendo rinunciare al vostro servizio, semplicemente mi rivolgerò a un'altra persona la prossima volta che ne avrò bisogno.

It is a pity that one of the employees who, at least in terms of seniority, should have provided an exemplary service, merely expressed her opinion among other things that was not required in the interpretation of the medical prescription that borders on intrusiveness on a personal level with decidedly inappropriate comments. and in a tone that I personally consider intolerable especially when a person needs support and care.
