Pessimo e poco professionale il suo servizio.
Unfortunately, a doctor working in this pharmacy is rude and rude. To one of my polite grievances he said he advised me to change the pharmacy and go to private pharmacies.
His service was bad and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo vieni superato da gente prenotata che si presenta mezz'ora prima del suo orario prestabilito per fare il tampone, stando anche più di un'ora e mezza in fila. Consiglio a questo punto, nonostante il modus operandi, di prenotare.
Unfortunately, you are overtaken by reserved people who show up half an hour before their scheduled time to swab, staying even more than an hour and a half in line. I recommend at this point, despite the modus operandi, to book.
