-They overbook bus routes
-They are either very late or very early (~40min)..give yourself an hour buffer for when they are supposed to arrive
-They oftentimes use buses without their Flixbus logo, so just have the bus stop and ask to clarify
-Buying tickets was fine (get it more than an hour in advance, the window closes within an hour of the ride)
-You can buy tickets on the bus (as long as it's not full)
-Wifi and AC was good
-Clean
-Seatbelts work
