Contro:la scomodità di accesso tanto alla farmacia quanto al parcheggio e le lunghe code che spesso si formano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e preparato. Il luogo si presenta bene, illuminato, pulito, ordinato e non con mille cose ammassate ad ogni angolo. Si risparmia qualcosina rispetto ad altre farmacie. Consigliano spesso dei validi farmaci generici, risparmiando ulteriormente. Spero col tempo amplino la gamma dei prodotti omeopatici e/o alternativi, che son sempre prenotabili e arrivano nel giro di poco, ma non disponibili al momento, almeno nel mio caso. È inoltre possibile eseguire test quali ECG, holter pressorio/cardiaco, holter 24h, misurazione pressione, glicemia, colesterolo ed altri a prezzi convenienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto maleducati, Ho salutato 3 volte con "Buongiorno!" ma nessuna risposta, ho fatto vedere una ricetta bianca chi mi ha mandato il medico sul cellulare, ma in maniera molto maleducata mi ha riferito la dottoressa che non serviva a niente. Le ho chiesto se mi aiutava a trovare una soluzione in quanto era una medicina molto importante, ma mi ha mandato via . Ora va bene rispettare le regole, ma almeno un po di educazione. Per la cronaca, altra farmacia di Verbania, incredibilmente al primo Buongiorno mi hanno risposto salutandomi e con gentilezza hanno trovato la soluzione. A mai più!

For the record, another pharmacy in Verbania, incredibly at the first Hello they replied greeting me and with kindness they found the solution. To never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati e arroganti x non dire anche musoni,non salutano c'è solo una dottoressa gentile,ma non è quasi mai al banco.
Due settimane fa sono andata con regolare ricetta x un farmaco a mia mamma di 80 anni nella prescrizione erano segnate due,ma in casa ne avevano solo uno, il dottore mi dice di passare tranquillamente i primi di marzo,le faccio notare che la ricetta era in scadenza,ma mi conferma che mi avrebbe dato il farmaco mancante senza problemi.
Oggi che passo a ritirarlo con molta maleducazione mi dice che non si può xchè l'impegnavita scaduta,mi sono sentita presa in giro...se questi lavoravano nel privato o in Svizzera lì avrebbero già licenziati!
Dovrebbero fare prima di ogni altro corso di aggiornamento avrebbero bisogno di un corso di educazione e gentilezza!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Educazione e pazienza zero, il signore che mi ha servito scocciato, perché avevo ricetta sul cellulare, si è spazientito e ha sbattuto sul bancone tutto quello che ho preso..compreso mio Cellulare e bancomat alla fine del pagamento sbuffando tutto il tempo.
Quando si lavora col pubblico e soprattutto in ambito medico/farmaceutico bisognerebbe avere più tatto, sensibilità ed educazione.
Io non gli ho detto niente perché non mi sembrava il caso. Ma sicuramente se posso non ci andrò più!
