Sono stata in questa farmacia l'altro ieri.
Mi ero dimenticata a casa la pillola abituale che prendo per una cura ormonale.
Ho chiesto che mi venisse data senza ricetta, ma mi è stata negata. Fin qui niente da dire, senza ricetta capisco che non si fanno i farmaci soprattutto se è la prima volta che si vede un cliente.
Poi però mi sono offerta di esibire la prescrizione del endocrinologo per confermare che potessi prenderla, avevo la foto nel telefono con tanto di nome, cognome, data e durata della terapia.
E me l'hanno negata anche questa volta perchè, era necessaria la ricetta del dottore.
Capisco se non avessi avuto nulla in mano, anzi, sarebbe stata anche una dimostrazione di serietá, ma nel secondo caso è stato un po' troppo eccessivo, anche perchè non si trattava di uno psicofarmaco o un farmaco di utilizzo delicato in cui comunque c'è pericolo che venga usato chissá come (premetto che gli psicofarmaci li assumo e non mi sono mai sognata di chiederli senza ricetta), era una pillola che di solito uno va a comprare solo se gli viene prescritta.
Detto questo spero solo che venga mostrata piú flessibilità in futuro..
SERIOUSNESS OK ... BUT SO A LITTLE TOO MUCH
I was in this pharmacy the day before yesterday.
I forgot the usual pill I take for a hormone treatment at home.
I asked for it to be given to me without a prescription, but was denied. So far nothing to say, without a prescription I understand that drugs are not made especially if it is the first time you see a customer.
But then I offered to show the endocrinologist's prescription to confirm that I could take it, I had the photo in the phone with my name, surname, date and duration of the therapy.
And they denied it to me again because the doctor's prescription was needed.
I understand if I had nothing in hand, indeed, it would also have been a demonstration of seriousness, but in the second case it was a bit too excessive, also because it was not a psychotropic drug or a drug of delicate use in which there is anyway it is in danger of being used who knows how (I state that I take psychiatric drugs and I never dreamed of asking for them without a prescription), it was a pill that usually one goes to buy only if it is prescribed.
Having said that I just hope more flexibility will be shown in the future ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Testen ist eine komplette Katastrophe. Personal total überfordert und unorganisiert. Mussten eine halbe Stunde auf unseren Test warten der zudem sehr teuer ist. Für 25€ pro Test könnte man ja erwarten das einem das Ergebnis wenigstens per Mail geschickt wird aber Pustekuchen. Fürs Testen musste man in ein anderes Gebäude und danach wieder in die Apotheke. Sehr schade für so eine gut bewertete Apotheke.
Testing is a complete disaster. Staff totally overwhelmed and unorganized. Had to wait half an hour for our test, which is also very expensive. For 25 € per test you could expect the result to be sent to you at least by email, but puff cake. For testing you had to go to another building and then back to the pharmacy. A shame for such a well-rated pharmacy.
