Inoltre non hanno inserito il risultato del tampone sul portale quindi non mi è arrivato il green pass né via mail né via sms ed essendo chiusi il sabato pomeriggio ho dovuto rifarlo in un'altra farmacia pagandolo nuovamente. Per fortuna non dovevo prendere un aereo! Incompetent staff. I don't recommend going for tampons because they destroy your nose. Furthermore, they did not enter the result of the swab on the portal so I did not receive the green pass either by email or by text message and being closed on Saturday afternoon I had to do it again in another pharmacy by paying it again. Luckily I didn't have to take a plane!

Chiamo per farne un terzo per conferma che risulta negativo e come risposta ricevo " potevi evitare di farlo a casa così non sapevi". Non so cosa sia peggio, i tamponi veramente poco validi o la poca professionalità nel dare informazioni e pareri specifici. Embarrassing staff, first negative tampon despite all the symptoms, at home I do a second positive one. Hanno un buon assortimento di medicinali e integratori anche difficili da trovare senza ordinazione. I prezzi sono concorrenziali rispetto ad altre farmacie della zona. Orari di apertura molto comodi per chi lavora. Not only sympathy but their strength is above all their competence.
