Ho chiamato per chiedere un informazione (per quanto stupida possa sembrare la domanda) mi sono ritrovata a parlare con una persona che non capiva quello che cercavo di dirle (non mi faceva parlare/non ascoltava) dava la sua risposta senza farmi finire. Sembrava avesse molta fretta (ci sarebbe voluto 1 minuto per rispondere, esagerando). Quando si lavora con le persone ci vuole tatto e cortesia, sarebbe il caso di imparare un po’ di customer service e di applicarlo sul lavoro.
Unfriendly staff on the phone. I called to ask for information (however stupid the question may seem) I found myself talking to a person who did not understand what I was trying to tell her (she did not make me speak / did not listen) gave her answer without letting me finish. He seemed to be in a hurry (it would take 1 minute to respond, exaggerating). When you work with people, you need tact and courtesy, it would be a good idea to learn a little about customer service and apply it at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo abito nei pressi di questa farmacia ed un paio di volte l'anno mi viene la malsana idea di andarci perché magari mi serve qualcosa e mi ritrovo a passare da lì.. Ebbene ogni volta me ne pento o per la scortesia del personale o per la loro bigotteria nel farmi storie se voglio acquistare un anticoncezionale regolarmente prescritto dal medico.
Sapete che il comune di Marino fa parte dello Stato italiano e non del Vaticano?
Unfortunately I live near this pharmacy and a couple of times a year I get the unhealthy idea of going there because maybe I need something and I find myself passing through there .. Well every time I regret it either for the rudeness of the staff or for their bigotry in making a fuss over me if I want to buy a regular contraceptive prescribed by the doctor.
Do you know that the municipality of Marino is part of the Italian state and not of the Vatican?
