A	ANTONIO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione è riferita alla "Farmacia Comunale F1 in Via Petrarca" (Anche se su Street la vedo su Via Marinetti parallela a questa) come risulta dallo scontrino e non visibile su GM. Di passaggio a Civita Castellana, con due prescrizioni e una post chirurgica pagata per intero chiedo mostrando una ripetibile un farmaco per lo stomaco di cui ho bisogno saltuariamente e all'occorrenza. Non sapevo che essa aveva una scadenza e seppur in tempo di covid col medico a oltre 500 km (da dove vivo ora) mi viene negata. Tutto lecito, ma il modo davvero fuori da ogni etica e professionalità; Ricetta sbattuta sul banco dalla (presumo) signorina con una risposta in romanesco "Se la faccia rifà, è scaduta da 6 mesi" con la stessa gentilezza con la quale avevo chiesto le faccio presente che ne ho comunque bisogno e con un sorrisino ironico senza mai guardarmi la stessa aggiunge: "In sei mesi possono cambiare tante cose...". Ne' un buongiorno, né un grazie, né un arrivederci oltre quelli pronunciati da me. Probabilmente la signorina quella mattina aveva problemi seri che le auguro casomai di risolvere al meglio, contrariamente se l'attitudine è questa spero che a Civita Castellana ci siano altre farmacie. Lo spero sopratutto per chi ci vive. Posto da evitare. My review refers to the "F1 Municipal Pharmacy in Via Petrarca" (Although on Street I see it on Via Marinetti parallel to this one) as shown on the receipt and not visible on GM. Passing through Civita Castellana, with two prescriptions and a post-surgery paid in full, I ask for a repeatable stomach drug that I need from time to time and if necessary. I did not know that it had an expiration and even if in covid time with the doctor over 500 km (from where I live now) I am denied. All lawful, but the way really out of any ethics and professionalism; Recipe thrown on the counter by the (I presume) young lady with an answer in Roman dialect "If you do it again, it has expired for 6 months" with the same kindness with which I had asked, I remind you that I still need it and with an ironic smile without ever looking at me the same adds: "In six months many things can change ...". Neither a good morning, nor a thank you, nor a goodbye beyond those pronounced by me. Probably the young lady had serious problems that morning that I wish her to solve in the best possible way, contrary to this, I hope that in Civita Castellana there are other pharmacies. I hope so especially for those who live there. Place to avoid.

Extremely rude and careless for a request for medicines, even with proper medical documentation. Personal, in my opinion, not suitable for the public.
