Chiedo la possibilità di poter acquistarlo per poi, una volta caricato il piano terapeutico, riportare la scatola per staccare il tagliando. Pago i 36,00 euro e dopo 2 giorni si presenta la mia compagna per riportare il tagliando e lo scontrino - doveva essere uno scontrino di cortesia!? - ma evidentemente di cortesia non hanno nemmeno lo scontrino! In tutta risposta le hanno detto che ormai è stato battuto lo scontrino fiscale, scaricando il barile su un altro collega farmacista, quindi in nessun modo mi avrebbero restituito i soldi. Certamente rimango un cliente insoddisfatto e di sicuro non metterò più piede, né io né i miei famigliari, in questa accogliente farmacia. Cordialmente. Ho chiesto per un integratore e mi è stato risposto che non sapevano se e quando sarebbe arrivato. Ho chiesto poi di poter ordinare un altro preparato che solitamente ha un costo modesto e ho rischiato di trovarmi con 70 euro di conto semplicemente perché, SENZA AVVISARMI, avevano ordinato la marca più costosa: ma se io non avessi chiesto il costo avrei avuto una pessima sorpresa! In un'altra farmacia ho appena pagato lo stesso ordine 34 euro! Purtroppo ho l'impressione che l'essere dipendenti comunali non sia di sprono per dare un buon servizio. Ah , per la cronaca nella farmacia privata dove poi ho fatto i miei acquisti, l'integratore me l'hanno ordinato dandomi la consegna per il giorno successivo e la tempistica è stata rispettata. Oltre che di una laurea magistrale dovrebbero munirsi anche di qualche nozione relativa al rapporto con il pubblico! Courtesy and helpfulness are not at home in this pharmacy!
