Per pagarla ho presentato la mia carta di debito e la farmacista (credo la titolare) mi ha fatto presente che "E' male non avere con sé tale cifra in contanti! ". Riluttante ha preso il Pos cordless che aveva nel cassetto e mi ha "gentilmente" concesso di effettuare il pagamento per poi congedarmi con un saluto tanto gentile quanto falso ..... Che dire... Vergognoso?!.. Imbarazzante?!.... Beh...fortunatamente a meno di 1 Km ci sono altre 2 farmacie.
I am a customer. Yesterday I bought my daughter's dermatitis ointment which cost around € 5.80. To pay for it, I presented my debit card and the pharmacist (I believe the owner) pointed out to me that "It is bad not to have this amount with you in cash!". Reluctantly he took the cordless POS that he had in his drawer and "kindly" allowed me to make the payment and then dismissed me with a greeting as polite as it was false ..... What about ... Shameful?! .. Embarrassing?!. ... Well ... luckily there are 2 other pharmacies less than 1 km away.

1 ora al freddo... E poi per una errore mio di stampare un foglio ho dovuto pagare anche se ero esente... Mai più!
