★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con dispiacere devo segnalare l’ignoranza e maleducazione inaudita del personale, nonostante vada in questa farmacia da lunga data. In particolare dei due “dottori” che dopo lunga attesa mi hanno risposto al telefono. Mi hanno negato il tampone di uscita nonostante la regione Veneto certifichi che posso farlo dal 7^ giorno, essendo senza sintomi da oltre 3 giorni e avendo fatto la terza dose. Consiglio di andare altrove, dove sono più preparati, informati e soprattutto EDUCATI.
With regret I have to report the unprecedented ignorance and rudeness of the staff, despite having been going to this pharmacy for a long time. In particular of the two "doctors" who, after a long wait, answered the phone. They denied me the exit tampon even though the Veneto region certifies that I can do it from the 7th day, having been without symptoms for over 3 days and having taken the third dose. I recommend going elsewhere, where they are more prepared, informed and above all EDUCATED.
