Chiamiamo per un tampone e ci dicono di scrivere un messaggio su Whatsapp. Quando hanno risposto non abbiamo bene capito...abbiamo chiesto altre delucidazioni....chi rispondeva dal telefono della farmacia si è dimostrato alquanto maleducato e poco professionale. Alla fine abbiamo disdetto per il modo in cui rispondevano e hanno concluso la conservazione con delle faccine che ridono. Squallido
Experience I would say absurd!
We call for a swab and they tell us to write a message on Whatsapp. When they answered we did not understand well ... we asked for more explanations .... those who answered from the pharmacy phone proved to be somewhat rude and unprofessional. In the end we canceled because of the way they responded and ended the retention with laughing smiley faces. Shabby
