★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più un tampone da loro. Mi presento alle 19.30 orario per cui ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo, per scoprire che dicono a tutti di presentarsi a quell'ora! Fai così la coda fuori al freddo ed al gelo. Trattamento disumano, se non sei malato lo diventi ad aspettare fuori. Fate ingressi scaglionati o date dei biglietti con i numeri per permettere alle persone di aspettare in macchina!
Never again a swab from them. I show up at 7.30 pm at the time I booked and paid for in advance, to find out that everyone is told to show up at that time! So queue out in the cold and frost. Inhumane treatment, if you are not sick you become sick waiting outside. Do staggered admissions or give tickets with numbers to allow people to wait in the car!
