In questa occasione ho scoperto che si vende solo con prescrizione medica. Ma, ripeto, in questo caso era davvero un'emergenza. Farmacista troppo zelante. I needed an emergency medication. I've never had a problem buying it at every holy pharmacy I've been to. On this occasion I discovered that it is sold only with a prescription. But, again, in this case it was really an emergency. Fatta eccezione per alcuni dipendenti, che si sono mostrati cordiali; l'operatore adibito all'effettuazione dei tamponi è stato molto scontroso. Inoltre, non ha per niente manualità nell'effettuare i tamponi. Tant'è che, per la prima volta, ho sentito fastidio al naso (da premettere che per esigenze lavorative effettuo il tampone spesso e in altre farmacie non ho mai avuto problemi analoghi). Inoltre sono moooolto disorganizzati: il farmacista al banco riteneva che dovessi pagare dopo aver effettuato il tampone; l'operatore, invece, pretendeva che facessi il tampone una volta pagato. I took advantage of the Rapid Tampon service: five stars for courtesy, discretion, professionalism as well as sympathy of the healthcare staff on duty! Recommended!

Mi sono recata a fare un tampone; innanzitutto bisogna pagarlo nello sportello esterno e vieni palesemente ignorata al freddo per almeno una decina di minuti prima che ti notino. Ma la cosa più assurda è stato l’operatore che ha effettuato il tampone. Indelicato e indisposto dalle domande che gli ponevo. Per non parlare di quando mi sono avvicinata a quest’ultimo per chiedere quanto tempo passasse prima di ricevere l’esito ( preciso che indossavo la mascherina ffp2 ) e mi ha risposto con aria indisposta davanti a tutte le altre persone “ è positiva, si allontani” ! Senza un minimo di privacy e di tatto. In compenso il farmacista che mi ha domandato se avessi sintomi per poi registrarli è stato cordiale.
