M	Maila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che delusione!!!! Sono tornata all’arco antico dopo che l’ultima volta mi sono trovata davvero bene grazie alla gentilezza e alla professionalità del ragazzo alto. Ieri con grande meraviglia ho trovato il caos non appena arrivata…. tavoli sporchi, posa ceneri che stavano scoppiando carta e mozzini di sigarette gettate ovunque a terra, ho capito tutto non appena non ho più visto il ragazzo alto. Ho chiesto di lui e mi è stato detto con un sorriso spavaldo, che il ragazzo non lavorava più qui, e lo si capisce subito non appena si arriva all’ingresso dell’arco antico. Per non parlare poi del bar scoppiato che ho visto, disordine e sporcizia ovunque, per niente ordinato e pulito per come ero abituata a vedere e poi lasciamo stare i cocktail, sono stati portate indietro non so quante volte perché erano orribili…. Deduco che anche il barman che c’era prima sia andato via. Che peccato!! Delusione totale, mi ero abituata ad uno standard davvero alto, non so cosa sia successo ma l’arco antico ha perso tantissimo e ieri sera lo ha dimostrato. Not to mention the broken bar I saw, mess and dirt everywhere, not at all tidy and clean as I used to see and then let's forget the cocktails, they were brought back I don't know how many times because they were horrible…. I deduce that the barman who was there before has also left. What a shame!! Total disappointment, I got used to a really high standard, I don't know what happened but the ancient bow lost a lot and last night it showed. I'll go drink somewhere else

Bellissima serata! siamo stati anche fortunati perché abbiamo beccato la serata giusta dove c'era musica live, ma la sorpresa più bella è stata nel conoscere un vero professionista. Complimenti davvero a Marco che, nonostante il locale fosse pieno e lui fosse affiancato solo da una ragazza, riusciva ad indirizzare e aiutare nello stesso tempo la sua collega e nel frattempo aveva attenzione e cura verso i clienti e soprattutto sul nostro tavolo. Io sono un ristoratore e professionisti del genere non si trovano all'ordine del giorno l'arco antico è stato molto fortunatonel trovarlo perché ha un vero professionista dentro casa soprattutto che conosce il mondo dei vini e che sa consigliare ottime bottiglie Last night through a friend I went to the ancient arch. Dopo aver preso un tagliere con salumi normalissimi, ho fatto la pessima scelta di prendere una bottiglia di vino rosso che su internet davano a 15 euro. Beh la sorpresa che ho avuto alla cassa è stata di vedere quel vino venduto a 29euro! Il 90 per cento in più del suo costo reale. Da questo posto neanche ci passo per sbaglio. Poi quel sottofondo di ambulanze , l'ideale per scambiare due chiacchere ! I wanted to give him a second chance, it was actually a worse experience than the first. I ordered an aperitif for two, one wine for me and a small beer for my mum and the waitress proposed me a nutella crêpe. I said "a nutella crêpe with beer and wine?" -.-' The waitress brought only a small, tiny tiny bowl of crisps. She also brought a glass of wine for me, but no glass for my mum's beer. I asked for a glass for her and also something close to an aperitif, so I ordered a tagliere with cured meat and cheese... of course I had to pay it separetly. In addition to this, the place were full of kids going up and down, making so much noise and chaos and their parents were just drinking their spritz: the staff didnt say anything to them. If you want a quiet place to relax after a bad day, do not go to arco antico.

If you do not care what you eat and how it looks like, go and eat there. I know tourist are not served a good food in places like this but this was just too low.
