Se mette a disposizione il recapito telefonico, ciò presumere che è possibile chiamare per informazioni. Chiamare per chiedere se è disponibile fare tamponi rapidi non credo sia una cosa così difficile da capire.
In un momento così delicato come questo capisco tutte le sue restrizioni; ma non credo proprio che rispondere ad una chiamata possa essere contagiosa, quindi non aveva per niente bisogno di urlarmi contro.
Non so se sono stata sfortunata io ad aver incontrato il personale meno disponibile, o al suo interno sono tutti così. ( non oso immaginare come vengo trattate le signore anziane)

RUDE staff not at all helpful.
If you provide the telephone number, this will assume that you can call for information. Calling to ask if quick swabs are available I don't think it's that hard to understand.
In such a delicate moment like this I understand all its restrictions; but I really don't think answering a call could be contagious, so she didn't need to yell at me at all.
I don't know if I have been unlucky to have met the less helpful staff, or they are all like that inside. (I can't imagine how older ladies are treated)
