Peccato per la cortesia e disponibilità verso il cliente, alcuni farmacisti molto disponibili, un paio molto molto meno e scadenti in quanto a cortesia e pazienza. Excellent pharmacy in terms of supply, variety of products and assortment. Oggi si è azzardata a chiedere uno sconto per un integratore in quanto lo aveva visto in offerta in un'altra farmacia e la proprietaria che ha assistito alla scena in cassa si è intromessa e ha esordito dicendo "la smette di fare polemica?" Mia madre ha spiegato la situazione e la Dr.ssa Bellavitis ha continuato a trattarla male, nonostante mia madre avesse poi specificato di essere cliente da anni. Quando alla fine non restava che dire "io qui non ci metterò più piede", la Dr.ssa ha chiuso con un laconico "Vada...vada". Direi che il comportamento si commenta da solo. Per cui consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi ad altre farmacie, evidentemente qui non hanno a cuore i clienti e men che meno sanno come ci si comporta con essi. Comportamento ingiustificato e vergognoso. Pessimi. My mom has been a great customer for years. My mother explained the situation and Dr. Bellavitis continued to treat her badly, even though my mother later specified that she had been a client for years. When in the end all that remained was to say "I will never set foot here again", Dr.ssa closed with a laconic "Go ... go". I would say that the behavior speaks for itself. So I highly recommend you go to other pharmacies, obviously they don't care about customers here, much less know how to behave with them. Unjustified and shameful behavior. Bad.

Peccato perché è una farmacia ben fornita ma per me viene prima il rispetto e poi l'efficienza. Entrambe le volte la commessa prima mi ha fatto pagare il prodotto poi dopo un po me lo ha portato e mi ha richiesto di nuovo di pagarlo. Ovviamente le ho mostrato lo scontrino. Risposta sua: ah va bene. Ma se ero un po distratto avrei pagato doppio il prodotto. 2 volte su due. Coincidenza ? Fatto in buonafede? Allora meglio non chiedere il denaro prima di consegnare il prodotto o si può anche pensare male.... Twice in the past I have used this pharmacy. Both times the order first made me pay for the product, then after a while she brought it to me and asked me to pay for it again. Obviously I showed her the receipt. His answer: ah okay. But if I was a little distracted I would have paid double for the product. 2 times out of two. Coincidence ? Done in good faith? Tutto lo staff è gentile e preparato; non capisco chi dice il contrario ... forse dipende da come ci si pone, a me nessuno ha mai risposto in modo sgarbato, anzi, captavo un sorriso anche attraverso le mascherine. Ci vuole educazione e rispetto per riceverne a sua volta. Continuate così e non badate a chi dice il contrario. 5stelle+++ Pharmacy of excellence with a wide range of high quality products. In piena pandemia mi hanno risolto molti problemi, ho una certa età e poca confidenza con i computer o gli smartphone, mi hanno prenotato le vaccinazioni e stampato gratis (!) più volte il green-pass. Grazie di cuore I have been a customer of this Pharmacy for years which stands out for its professionalism and quality of service as well as for its valuable advice, the staff is dynamic and kind, a team of close-knit and highly motivated pharmacists. In the midst of the pandemic they solved many problems for me, I am of a certain age and little confidence with computers or smartphones, they booked me vaccinations and printed the green-pass for free (!) Several times. Thank you with all my heart
